Where we come from:

In 2021, Loic, the director, moved from London to Edinburgh and worked towards launching a company to offer facility and property maintenance. Strong knowledge and trade skills acquired over 18 years experience in the industry were to be put to good use. Previously owning a company dealing in maintenance for the wide entertainment industry including bars, restaurants, breweries and even distilleries and even contractor work supervising builds of new bars & restaurants in busy East London. 2022 saw the launch of Premier Electric Ltd, specialised in facility and property maintenance.
